I cannot get a Cisco ASA 5505 to establish a L2L IPSec tunnel with a Cisco VPN Concentrator (which is correctly configured). I have new DSL service with Static IPs and an ISP provided Netopia 3347 Router. I have 5 static IPs assigned by the ISP of which I am using the first for the Outside Interface and the Last for the Gateway/DSL LAN Static.
